Clayton Johnson is a graduate of Ponca City High School, Northern Oklahoma College, and the University of Central Oklahoma. He is a retired Ponca City Police Chief and a retired United States Marshal. He is also a licensed airplane pilot and U.S. Coast Guard-licensed yacht captain who enjoys traveling, sailing, flying, and writing about the people and experiences that have shaped his life. Clayton and his wife, Nancy Frost, call Ponca City home. He can fly an airplane through the clouds and captain a yacht far offshore, but sadly, he still can’t fix a toilet or paint a wall.
